Choosing realtor may be your most important decision

Calling the listing agent or working with a Realtor that isn’t experienced in Vacation Rentals is a mistake. Find someone that is knowledgeable and experienced, not just in the investment niche but also the area. They should know the rules & regulations or know how to get that information.  Do they understand a profit & loss statement? Do they know what a ROI is?  Like an Attorney or Financial Advisor your realtor should make you feel like you are in good hands.  Always use only 1 Realtor

At first it sounds pretty crazy.  This is where having the right (Real Estate Advisor) Realtor will make all the difference. A good rental property will only be available to show when the guests are not occupying the unit.    So maybe a few hours a week. Vacation rental property markets move quickly, and properties can sell within hours.
